- 1 tbsp degi red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp aamchur powder
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 1/2 cup small size namakpare
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/8 tsp asafoetodia
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions to make to make Banarsi Tamatar Chaat
- How's make sweet and sour Tamater shorba/syrup :: Heat desi ghee in a wok on high flame add cumin seeds when it cracked, add tomato puree and cook for a minute on the recession flame.
